I had recently moved back to the US from being stationed overseas and selected this location to move into. The apartment manager was very sweet until I moved in. Then she seemed to have fallen into some type of blackhole as she was then unreachable from then on. The management must also be part time magicians as they were so good at hiding everything wrong with the building and apartment I moved into. The management at this complex were abysmal as they never would get back to me despite numerous ...

calls regarding getting my the drain in my bathroom tub and kitchen fixed. I had standing water in my tub and sink the entire year that I lived in this apartment. This caused the roach infested building to explode in my apartment and despite their monthly "pest management" it didn't manage anything. I have lived in holes in the ground cleaner than this apartment building. To wrap things up, I had to continuously call Philip Scott Management to pester them to refund me my security deposit. I am sure they would have kept my entire deposit if I hadn't kept calling. If you are reading this do yourself a favor and don't even call them as you will regret moving in here the entire time you live here.

I am so impressed with everything about this property, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The location is close to shopping and 10 minutes away from Saint Pete Beach. I highly recommend The Waverly Apartments for your next apartment home.

I have lived at The Waverly for 2 years now and I love it. I moved from the northeast for a new job. The new owners have done a beautiful job with this place. The property manager Evelyn is so nice and responsive to whatever I need. It is located in St Pete but close to the waterfront in Gulfport. I can get to St Pete beach or DTSP in less than 15 min. Highly recommend!

The absolute worst complex I’ve stayed in!!! They don’t up keep the apartments and they have the nerve to go up on rent and no longer include water!! Unless you are desperate I would say look elsewhere and the property manager neverrrr get back to you in a professional time manner unless you talking rent but anything else you can forget it!!!
