April 19, 2025I have been with the Waverly for about 7 years now. I love it the price is reasonable. Lot’s of perks food trucks are scheduled timely. My favorite is the ice cream truck with all the sweets. The community room is wonderful having events. Bagel mornings for breakfast and of course Super Bowl party! Pool is available during summer hours nice and relaxing. No loud noises or children running around. There’s more shopping Outlet across the street. Beaches are very close do not have to drive ...far. Pier village long branch, seaside heights, Bradley beach and more. All types of restaurants-Just pick your style and google. The neighbors are friendly and respectful. There’s more you do not have to take your trash to the dumpster- they have someone to come and pick it up nightly from outside your door. Maintenance is outstanding-report your problem and they will fix it instantly. I am sure there are more wonderful features.Property Manager Responded
