An unluxurious experience
December 2, 2022The absolute WORST management company I've had to deal with. They don't timely respond to maintenance requests. They don't pick up the phone. They don't respond to emails. Do not rent here. If I could give this place half a star I would. The apartments look nice on the surface, but there are a lot of issues in terms of plumbing, water damage and plumbing and getting anyone to resolve these issues is like pulling teeth. They have the nerve to increase rent when they fail to deliver quality ...service. Despite what the website says, this is NOT a luxury apartment. And if management sees this post and has the nerve to respond to the post before it responds to my many emails, phone calls, messages and maintenance requests, shame on them.Property Manager Responded

Great Location/Good Customer Service
September 18, 2021I lived at the location for 1 year. I loved the peace and quiet of the community. Had a few work order requests that were attended to pretty quickly. For the most part the office staff was friendly and very accommodating. I can’t recall having a bad experience with any of the ladies in the office. In terms of cleanliness- I will say I have had 1 instance where trash wasn’t picked up when it was scheduled to but besides that there are designated trash bins that are typically pretty clean. When I ...moved out my full deposit was returned which was very impressive to me. I left because of the recent increase in rent- I get it though it’s like that nationwide. If you have kids the park is a walk away!! The neighborhood is very ideal for any stage you are!!!Property Manager Responded

Great place to live!

LOCATION!
October 3, 2015Perfect area, Great schools, Park's close by, restaurants, supermarkets easy access etc... apartment space omgosh..incredible..single or with kids! I love the Loft apartments very spacey. They have two pools to facilitate its residents..staff is great not to mention the Maintenance very helpful.Review from Apartments.com

Overpriced compared to surrounding area
