Best Apartment Building in ATX!
December 21, 2023LOVE the Weaver!!! I’ve lived in the building for 2+ years. Super convenient location in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3-minute drive to Whole Foods, Target, & all the best stuff on East 6th Street. 1-block away from Lady Bird Lake. Awesome gym (which is almost always empty). The building has a massive grassy field which becomes a fun dog park in the evenings. Love the Pool + 5th Floor Sky Lounge! Dangerous area

August 23, 2021The Weaver, while not complete yet, seems to be a great living situation. With being so close to the lake, less than a mile from 5th-7th street East Side restaurants and shops, it has a great location with the up and coming East Side boom. I am looking forward to the entire building to being finished in order to take advantage of the amenities and once complete, I believe this could be one of the best communities to live in on the East Side. As for now, it has the location and nice apartments, if ...you are looking for amenities right away, this may not be for you.Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2021The Weaver is a great community, with a fantastic location. Located near the lake, and trails, it allows outdoorsy personalities get outside with ease. The amenities that are open so far are done well. The staff are very friendly. August 23, 2021Location and amenities are great. The staff is very standoffish and unhelpful once you have signed your lease. There is no discussion allowed on issues, they just repeat what they have been told to say. Overall I like the apartment, location, amenities and the community as a whole - the staff could be much friendlier and helpful.Property Manager Responded
