May 24, 2026Management needs to let tenants know the trash rules. Trash out all day and night, even on non trash pickup days. Smells the hallway bad. Send out the trash rules, with threat of fines, like you fined me a couple years ago. This would be a much better message to send out on lively, than “what’s your favorite flower” or desert, or hobby, or the ones that are sent out now.Review from Apartments.com

May 19, 2026Nice enough apartments but seem somewhat outdated. Grounds are littered with abandoned bicycles and vehicles that haven’t moved in months. Also people park in the complex who don’t live here. Parking lot is used by the Disney college program participants.Property Manager Responded

May 18, 2026Overall nice area, however the property does not manage parking and nearby college housing parks all over the property leaving limited parking for residence. The good parking is "reserved" which means you have to pay for those spaces. Maintenance team is great however, leasing team is just ok. Poor communication, hard to reach, no one answers the phone. I'm surprised anyone is even here since they do not call anyone back your best bet is to not have anything time sensitive come up so you can just ...email and wait for a response. Also be prepared to always have someone in your apartment. This complex has more inspections then anyone complex I have ever been to. I mean literally every quarter. It would be nice to just bring everyone/ every team in and do it once a year or one month a year. Lots of the listed items are no longer offered. Like the digital thermostat. They just do not attempt to call or fix the issue so you do not get to use all offered features as expected.Property Manager Responded

April 6, 2026The neighborhood is mostly clean and quiet; it is also safe, but the issue with physical keys and certain doors has persisted for months now and still hasn't been resolved. It would be nice if they made us feel heard, rather than just nodding along.Property Manager Responded

March 5, 2026Overall it is a great place to live. Traffic can be a pain sometimes especially with CP moving day but there are ways around it. The parking can also be a struggle but once talking with the staff we were able to accommodate my requests and all was made well again. January 14, 2026Things have gotten significantly better regarding garbage laying around. I suspect some of the younger people are still doing stupid things. The elevator is all scratched up on the walls like someone used something to scratch it up. Management and maintenance have been wonderful. Any issues we have had have been handled incredibly fast. We have great neighbors. One complaint I do have is we have to go downstairs to get food delivered because the door never unlocks. No big deal. Its been a good ...experience and continues to get better.Property Manager Responded
