My rent has increased over $500 over the last 5 years. I've had leaks and unrepaired mold each year from the unit above me. The fire alarm "accidentally"sounds every week between 2-6am, making sleep impossible. Management is awful and challenging to communicate with. Onsite crime is also through the roof, especially pertaining to car damage and theft in the garage. The mall parking lot across the street has violent gun crimes on par with 1-2 incidents power year. There's also nonstop noise if you ...

The Metropolitan Downtown Columbia is a great place to live. Great location, great staff, very helpful. The lobby offers nice environment for residents to meet for coffee and hang out. The apartment layout is modern. The fitness center is fully equipped.

This is the place to live. Very friendly staff, ample parking, spacious apartments with beautiful floor plans, very clean, very convenient especially for public transportation and shopping. My favorite is the lounge area and the outside garden. This place is just amazing. It looks exactly the same as seen on line.

Our three bedroom two-year-old unit is well built and well designed: kitchen center island, like new GE appliances, huge MBR walk-in closet, large bathrooms, loads of natural light streaming through eight-foot windows in every room. The well maintained common areas are large and well appointed. The gym is open 24/7, (too early to make use of the outdoor pool and grills). All associated with managing and ...

The MET COLis a wonderful place to live for a number of reasons: The units themselves are beautiful and there are many floorplans to choose from. The amenities are great, especially the pool, 5 grills, gym and game room The location (literally right at the Columbia mall) is super convenient for dining, shopping, etc and the building is maintained beautifully by the staff.
