Overall not worth it

Updated review. We've been here almost 18 months. This apartment complex used to be great to live in. The previous management company took care of maintenance, was friendly, and most importantly addressed our concerns about noise, parking, etc. Although visitor parking wasn't marked well back then either.

parking spots. My husband's car got keyed, mine got broken into, and they said they'd look at the camera footage, but never got back to us. The barking dogs continue (same ones for the last year) and the smell of weed is in the hallway. There's no follow through it seems like. Talked to management a second time about looking at camera footage to figure out who keyed his car and broke into my car and there was no follow up when they said they'd email us. Also the communication between the two office managers must not be the best because our car incidents fell between the cracks and nothing was done about it, even after addressing it the second time. It doesn't seem like they care about tenants' issues.
The new coffee shop behind the apartment building is really nice and convenient. Seems like they're preparing to expand the parking lot to allow for higher traffic through that area.
Also if you love waking up to construction at 6am for 6 days/week for a year, you'd really like this place.
