I have lived in this community for nearly four years. Over the past six months, almost every package I have ordered has been stolen. When I brought this issue to the leasing office, my concerns were dismissed. I was also informed that they refuse to install cameras, citing liability concerns.
Additionally, although package lockers are available, delivery carriers are not being allowed to use them. As a result, when I contact the carriers about stolen items, they decline to replace them because ...
their drivers were denied access to the lockers by the leasing office.
I was also told that a suspect had been identified, but that there is nothing further they can or will do, and that they are not responsible for these incidents.

Moving to Newnan, there is no other apartment complex I would want to live at other than the Willows. The landscaping is top notch and the management team truly maintains the property very well. We love living at The Willows and will be renewing!

If you are thinking of leasing here, think hard and do not do it. I lived at The Willows for almost 3 years. I leased originally because the price was good, the location was where I wanted and it was a nice looking apartment. However, the first year living there, we found mold all in my daughter's bedroom. When I showed them, they did at least give me the option to move to a different unit. Although, they did admit there was mold, they blamed me for causing it, they said I should have run the air ...
conditioner in the Winter time to keep the air flowing. It was not just a small amount of mold, it was all over the walls in my daughter's room. They also charged me extra to move. Every year that I lived here, the rent went way up. They do not return phone calls either. It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phones.
The payment portal does not work either. I had renter's insurance through my outside insurance agent the entire time I lived there and the portal always charged me extra on my rent stating that I did not have renter's insurance. This extra charge caused my automatic payment through the portal to be declined. Then they would not accept my auto pay. They would then only accept a cashier's check which is an extra charge to get through the bank. Also, the time that I had to take out of my schedule to go to the bank to get the cashier's check

No community is perfect. But there is room for improvement. Apartments are good but could be better with better pest control, and make sure your long term renters want to stay and are satisfied with their units.
