I have lived in this community for nearly four years. Over the past six months, almost every package I have ordered has been stolen. When I brought this issue to the leasing office, my concerns were dismissed. I was also informed that they refuse to install cameras, citing liability concerns.
Additionally, although package lockers are available, delivery carriers are not being allowed to use them. As a result, when I contact the carriers about stolen items, they decline to replace them because ...
their drivers were denied access to the lockers by the leasing office.
I was also told that a suspect had been identified, but that there is nothing further they can or will do, and that they are not responsible for these incidents.
