The property manager is never at work, no one will answer your phone calls, and the appliances will all break on you. We had maintenance come in for help with our dishwasher, turns out we just didn’t press the right button. Charged $75 for the visit for him to press a button and leave within 5 minutes. If you’re struggling to get by due to the pandemic they don’t care, they won’t try to work something out with you they’ll just evict you the first time you fall behind. The apartments are dated and ...

the wallpaper is ugly. You’ll get way better quality for similar price elsewhere.

Property manager doesn’t answer calls. Takes vacation days around the 1st of the month and then YOU have to pay late fees for your rent because they weren’t in office. Apartments look decent but after a couple months lots of stuff started falling apart. The company doesn’t accept partial payments so if you’re ever in a tight financial situation, be prepared for an eviction. Our first apartment and our LAST with this company.

I’ve lived on this property for nearly 5 years now. The office and maintenance staff have been amazing. Everything is always handled in a timely manner, usually less than 24hrs. My neighbors have been great and the property is quiet even with being such close proximity to 23.
