Worst!!
June 6, 2024It was okay at first but like the last person said it went down hill. The management sucks and they don’t want to fix anything. My ac and heat been out almost the whole 2 years I been here. They haven’t had no steady management and now this isn’t even maintenance at this property and they pull them from other properties to fill in. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody.Review from Apartments.com

June 28, 2022It’s such a shame I moved in when they very first were built and they were so nice! Everything brand new, very spacious, great area. But then management went down hill. We went periods without a property manager and things went downhill. Anyone and everyone started moving in. Then the roaches and bed bugs came! It’s sad that the lack of management allowed this beautiful place to become ran down.Review from Apartments.com

August 24, 2015These are new apartments located out in a small town in the country. They come with wood floors, washer and dryer, balconies, and storage unit. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is wonderful. It sits next to the town library and with in walking distance to town. Where you will find great small restaurants and shops. it does have an outside very nice park area. The reason I gave it four stars is because the grounds could use some beautification. July 30, 2015I absolutely love my apartment! I love the hardwood floors,the quietness of the community.Y daughter and I love being close to shopping and it is a safe area for my daughter and I to wall and ride bikes. The Parklands at Cecilton is a plce that we love.Review from Apartments.com
