Best Place to Live
August 1, 2023I've loved living at the Willows and would've resigned for my 3rd year. The grounds are beautiful, it's quiet, and you don't feel like you're near Hurstbourne Pkwy at all with how much greenspace is around. Also, the staff is great to work with, friendly, and work to build a community for the residents. Finally, the apartments have up-to-date amenities and Mark, one of the maintenance workers, is an awesome guy to work with. He's friendly, personable, and knowledge when fixing anything in your ...unit. I couldn't recommend living here more. Hidden Gem
June 30, 2023My husband and I recently moved to Louisville, KY without ever touring Willows at Plainview in person. From the website to the video tour of our unit, we felt confident that Willows would be the perfect place for us and our dogs. Darien helped us throughout the leasing process and made it so seamless. She's awesome! We have successfully moved and have not had any major issues other than the simple repairs taken care of fairly quickly by Mark (real nice guy!), who oversees the maintenance. ...Overall, it's a hidden gem. A quiet, beautiful neighborhood perfect for any family. Our dogs love going outside and seeing all the other dogs on their walk. We have a beautiful magnolia tree near us that we appreciate every time we walk the dogs. The landscaping truly is a nice perk I wasn't even considering. The community clubhouse is beautiful, with free coffee, wine, and other refreshments. There is always an activity happening there during the week, like a food truck or pool aerobics. Zero Stars
November 11, 2022Management is terrible. There are renovations everywhere so you will not be able to escape the noise since the apartments themselves carry noise as well. The renovations are rushed and cheap. I have had endless issues with my floor boards separating. Additionally, they are raising rent by 19% which is the most I have ever experienced in my decade of renting. If I could give zero stars, I would. I am so excited to move out. I was ready to move out about 2 months into the lease.Property Manager Responded
November 14, 2022I am sorry to hear your living experience here has not met your standards. We are wrapping up our renovations, which will be completed in March 2023. Unfortunately, during the renovation there are times when there is extra noise such as when we are completing demolition, cabinet, and flooring installs. With your work schedule I completely understand why this was frustrating for you. We tried to accommodate you the best we could by working around your schedule when we were made aware of specific times that you needed to be sleeping. When you applied to transfer to another unit onsite, we also worked with you to ensure it was in an area where the surrounding apartments had already been renovated so you wouldn’t have to hear the renovation noise in your new apartment. The apartment you leased was at the higher market rent as well. This is a higher rent increase than what we typically have, however you will find our market rent is comparable with our competition in the area. We hold ourselves to a high standards with customer relations especially, and I am sorry if this fell short with you. We were undergoing renovations, and unfortunately with renovations there will be unavoidable noise, but we always do our best to try to accommodate residents and their schedules to the best of our abilities. For those residents who worked night shifts we would ask vendors to start work later in the day; or if someone worked from home and had a meeting we would ask them to take a break during that time. We did have to stay on schedule, but we always tried to accommodate to the best of our abilities when it was communicated to us. But again I do apologize for the experience you had while living through renovations here. Thank you again for your review.

The best apartment community in Louisville
December 11, 2020I lived in the Willows for four years and love everything about it. First, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Maryke is the best! She is super caring and has helped me many times in difficult situations. Second, the whole place is beautiful, quiet and well maintained. Living first in an apartment and then in a townhouse in the Willows, I have almost never heard any noise from the neighbors. Maintenance guys do a great job in repair calls, and you can tell they also like the community. Third, ...the location is superb. Close to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and shopping malls, and Kroger, UPS and Fedex are just a couple of minutes away. In addition to all these above, the Willows also regularly adds renovations to the units and organizes events to build the community. Overall, in my opinion this is the best apartment community in Louisville.Property Manager Responded
