This is actually one of the cleanest and best maintained apartments that has great value for money/ budget which I have seen. The maintenance staff are super helpful, friendly, and responsive. They provide a helpful orientation to the home upon move-in. The leasing office staff are also very helpful and friendly. It is an ideal location—close/ walkable distance to downtown Walnut Creek, BART, and near the highways. I ...highly recommend this apartment. She did such a great job giving us the tour of the entire complex and I appreciated all the thorough information she gave us and provided us with a breakdown of estimated costs which made our decision making a lot easier.
