Lack of property management
September 29, 2025This company does not believe in on-site property managers. There is rarely anyone at this building managing and inpecting it. With a BRAND NEW beautiful building like this, the property owners would take responsibility of the building's maintenance, right? Wrong. They have no solution for the kitty litter that's been in the lobby for days, the dead bird outside of the front door, the TVs that are not connected and usable, because no one comes in on Monday morning to check. Or any morning.
