Living at the Windward apartments is wonderful. The apartment is so accessible and easy to maintain in the location is absolutely perfect. The management is friendly welcoming, and always willing to help. The maintenance department is excellent and deals with any problem immediately and with great satisfaction all the amenities make for a wonderful lifestyle here at the Windward.

We have loved living at the Windward since 2018. The management is superb, friendly and welcoming. The maintenance is perfection, and always responsive. The environment is lovely and convenient. And there are many wonderful amenities. We would highly recommend living here.

I am just moving in, and so far everything is going great. The elevator and air conditioning was a huge point with living here. It is a very quiet building and that is nice.

I haven't been here long enough to really comment. However, i am happy I moved here. Everything is neat and clean. Everybody I have met are super nice. My only disappointment is that there are no 32 amp Blink chargers. There's a place to wash my dog, but there's not a place to wash my car.

We have lived in the Windward apartment community since it’s opened and have continued to be extremely happy. The community is vibrant and friendly, the management staff is excellent and the maintenance department is superb. We can’t think of a better place to live with a wonderful location and the fabulous amenities plus all that Lake Oswego has to offer. It’s a great place to live.

The Windward is a happy, friendly, and convenient place to live It’s very secure and has beautiful surroundings in every way I will cherish my time here because of the park close by and the activities like The Saturday Market that pop up every year and the Christmas lighting in December
