Over priced and ran down

In the year we lived there, the place changed management four times and owners at least once. Everything is old with a coat of cheap paint on it. the balconies are falling apart as well as any other wooden steps/ramps. the longest running office staff worried more about sending out pointless emails once or twice a week reminding people of community rules instead of enforcing them. they also essentially was paying people to give them good reviews with money off their rent because the place is so ...
ran down and mismanaged. between the drug/drunk people playing music or fighting all times of the night or the DEI staff. I suggest a different place.
