Great Location and Value
August 24, 2015This building is in a great location right across the street from the "City Center" and only a few blocks away from the main bar strip on Mamaroneck. The apartment complex is old, but well maintained and clean. My individual unit was in excellent shape with original hard wood flooring and newer appliances in the kitchen. The building is equipped with its own laundry room with several washers and dryers, that I have used on various days throughout the week without ever having to wait for a ...machine.
