  • Great for college students and young adults!

    I currently attend Creighton, so the Wire is perfectly located for me to walk to class. It has great amenities at a pretty cheap cost compared to other places I toured; I would definitely recommend taking full advantage of the sky deck and the pool! The staff here are all very friendly and get things done almost instantly. It's been a wonderful place for me to live while in college, and if I stay in Omaha after graduation, I will absolutely continue to live here!

    I love living in the Wire apartments for several reasons, first being they are very spacious with new design and decor that gives a really nice and rich look. I have also consistently experienced best residential support services since the day I moved in. Great friendly management staff… amazing location in downtown.. wonderful community and very comfortable place to live!! They have amazing lounge rooms, skydeck and rooftop swimming pool. Highly recommend!!

    Life couldn't be better at The Wire! My husband and I have lived in two apartments in this building and both have been wonderful places to call home. Living on the 12th floor especially is a treat with the amazing windows and city views they offer. Having a rooftop pool and in-house gym at our disposal are great perks in addition to being so close to the Old Market and Blackstone. I would highly recommend this building to individuals looking to take in all that Omaha has to offer!

    I absolutely love this apartment! The location is great. The infrastructure and appliances are solid. The amenities are great except the gym equipment is a bit outdated. As a personal trainer I can say it’s functional but it leaves something to be desired. The staff is beyond incredible! Quiet and safe atmosphere.

    The apartment staff/ground crew continue to be awesome.This review is about one of the advertised perks - the community internet. Ever since the management decided to switch providers from century link to cox early this year, the quality of the internet and TV offerings has severely degraded. The leasing office staff/IT do their best to fix the issue(by resetting the modem), but that only works so much. Nustyle senior team, if you are reading this, please re-consider your subscription with cox ...
    to continue the stellar ranking of this property. Century link offered not just more TV channels, but their internet was eons better. (Source: resident since 2017)

    The best living experience in Omaha. A very approachable staff (Sassy and Nicole) who are always willing to help and answer any questions. The common areas are outstanding (downstairs and upstairs lounge, pool, rooftop patio). The apartments themselves are top of the line with top appliances and marble countertops.
