    From the simple (air filter replacement) to the complex (dryer quit heating) the maintenance crew is prompt and efficient. Very neat and always leave a note to tell you what’s done or still needs doing.

    Absolutely terrible experience attempting to lease, a few things came up that would make me very concerned if I was senior management or a future resident. I asked how the 3x rent rule worked, and she stated they usually do 40 (Hours worked per week) · (Hourly Rate) · 4 (Weeks in the month)… but with that math, they are saying every month has 28 days, and going off of 24 paychecks a year (bi-weekly) instead of 26. My hourly rate is below what was needed but my commission put me over. I've only ...
    had one paycheck so far and it didn’t have a full 80 hours worked because I was attending a funeral. It did show my bonus. She requested an offer letter, I specifically asked what information she needed the offer letter to say, (because the paystub was not enough) and was told “I can’t tell you that.” It felt like I was the one who was trying to find a solution, with bare minimum effort on their part. The property manager seems very new. She didn’t know what a sure deposit was. I reached out to her personally and it felt like she was asking the leasing agent for assistance.

    One of the worst communities Ive lived at. Car gets hit in parking lot and my garage is so far away that its inconvenient. Management doesnt actually pay referral fees, they just hope you forget you referred someone. Just a poor place to be in general.

    Honestly, one of the safest apartment complex in town. The apartment is wonderful. Great luxurious layout with the perfect kitchen. I imagine we will likely stay here for more then a year.
