Not worth the price
April 25, 2024Management is not very receptive to feedback and not proactive. Cars have been broken into quite a bit but instead of making an effort, they posted flyers stating ‘an unlocked car is an invitation to be stolen from’. The only time management is proactive is when property damage occurs to the office/clubhouse areas. When it’s anywhere else, they drag their feet or shrug it off. Also, they play favorites and make promises they cannot keep. Rules are created on the spot (this is a clause in the ...lease agreement) and threatening warnings are sent via email or voicemail instead of a polite reminder. Definitely not the friendliest when it comes to interactions. Amenities are often delayed or shut down due to delays in repairs, etc (pool was closed for a while because they couldn’t have the pool gate repaired; front gate took nearly a year to build and they charged for fobs and access to an app to use it when it was finally finished). On a positive note, The groundskeeping staff are amazing and always go above and beyond. It’s a quiet community and mostly peaceful. Rent has been skyrocketing since construction has subsided (this community was a construction site for the past 3+ years).Property Manager Responded

Excellent Choice
August 12, 2015You will not be disappointed! The complex manager is very friendly and helpful and was more than willing to provide information on the local area. Conveniently located in Meridian; 15 minutes from the Naval Air Station, 5 minutes to Lamar Schools and 10 minutes from Bonita Lakes park area. The apartments are very nice with carpet in the bedrooms and laminate wood flooring in the kitchen and living areas. Plenty of closet space in the bedrooms and an additional storage closet on the patio. There ...is a nice playground area for children, tennis/basketball courts and pool with a charcoal grill and plenty of nice patio furniture and sun chairs. The maintenance team is great and responded in less than 24 hours to a non-emergency request. I am very pleased with my decision to make The Woodlands my residence for my stay in Meridian and I think you will be too.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
