May 16, 2021Managers are dreadful and careless. I absolutely do not recommend this property in any way. Managers are slow to assist in maintenance issues (anything from minuscule to hazardous) and when they eventually do take the time to assist, they do a half-hearted job. The Woodlands
June 16, 2020My daughter moved here last year and loves the quiet atmosphere. It is a great location between UNA's Campus and the main shopping and eating district of Florence. Aybri the Woodland's manager is awesome to work with as well. She has gone out of her way to help us anytime we have needed help. Prepare to have Zero privacy
October 17, 2018I lived here for a year, and the biggest complaint i have is that the maintenance guy and whoever he has with him will bust up in your apartment not even giving you time to answer the door. Yes they will leave a note on the door letting you know what day they’re coming but not a time. They will knock twice and within 5 secs you will hear your lock getting unlocked. Also, if you have a grill, I’d advise you to sell it, don’t bring it or it will be stolen from you. The rule is simple.. “you can ...not store a grill, and it can not be used within 10 foot of a structure” So I put mine outside my patio, 11 feet away it wasn’t being used, and guess what they took it away said they’re not allowed on the property. Just know this is what you’re getting into, this place is pathetic, you will have no privacy, i was busted in on without any pants on the last weeks i was at this apartment. The Woodlands
October 6, 2015The Woodlands is a great place to live. Its a mixture of adults/families, young professionals, and college students. It is directly behind a high school, but the only noise distractions are during the day with band practice, etc. The pool area is nice and open from Memorial Day-Labor Day weekend. October 6, 2015I have lived in the woodlands for 6 months now. When I first moved in my water heater went out and they replaced it that day. They are so helpful and friendly. It's a very quite community, so it's perfect for families, college students, and the elderly. It's kept up very nicely and there's never any trash in the parking lot. The only thing is there's limited parking in the back so sometimes you have to park in over flow. The apartments are very nice and clean and the complex itself has a lot of ...character. The Woodlands
September 28, 2015I have lived at the Woodlands for almost three years now. I found out about the Woodlands Apartments through a friend who lived here. I fell in love with her apartment and knew I wanted to live here too. It is a quiet neighborhood but only about 5 minutes from the mall or other shops and restaurants. The University is less than ten minutes away. I also like that the YMCA is across the street. I live in a three bedroom apartment. It is very spacious and has plenty of room for us. We recently got ...a new oven so are excited about using it! If you ever have a problem with anything inside of your apartment, the staff at the woodlands look into it very quickly. I like that we always have a courtesy cop around so we can go to him for anything we might be worried about.
