    We lived at the Woodlands for a year and couldn't wait to leave. The apartment was shoddy with bad electrical and fixtures breaking all the time. The buildings are loud and the front office is rude and intrusive. We were always afraid they were going to key in when we weren't home and let our pets out. On several occasions they posted notices that they would be entering apartments or requiring residents to come to the front office with no options to schedule these activities at alternate times, ...
    forcing us to take time off from work. There aren't enough parking spaces and the front office was constantly sending out annoying, busy-body emails about cars parked in the wrong spaces. The rent is high, but the quality of the facilities is not worth it. Steer clear!

    I recently moved to The Woodlands, and highly recommend same. The management professionalism and immediate response to any issue really surprised me. The apartment is clean, with all required amenities, and friendly neighbors. The centrally located complex is convenient to all major highways and transportation. This is a rare value in 2024!

    Rent is outrageously high and goes up every year. Lived here for 3 years. They charge you for every “amenity” now. No soundproofing between floors. Management is powerless to enforce the “No smoking” rule. We complained numerous times about our apartment filling with pot smoke from the bathroom vents because others would smoke in their bathroom and turn on the fan to vent it. Management sent notices to the building multiple times but it continued. We were never offered a solution or any ...
    compensation and had to leave our bathroom fans on 24/7. After we received our renewal notice…and another rent increase with it, we moved. Visitor parking is a joke. Dumpster constantly broken and trash piled all around it. Shameful. The apartments themselves are nice, but not worth the money or aggravation.

    Recent assigned parking has created a major problem for visitors. There are 234 units at The Woodlands, but ONLY 16 VISITOR PARKING SPACES FOR THE ENTIRE COMPLEX, as per a somewhat confusing email sent to residents today (6/3/22): "Visitors spots you have 6 spots not numbered by the smoking area across from the dumpster by the office , there is have 3 and 8 side of building 15. [sic] A total of 16 spots." Before the ill-advised parking policy was implemented, I would have happily awarded 5 stars ...
    in my review because the complex is well designed with nice amenities and a very helpful, friendly and attentive staff, but having only 16 visitor parking spaces for 234 units will force visitors to park outside the complex or risk being towed or will force residents to think twice about having guests.

    These units are so poorly constructed that you can hear everything and anything from above. It literally sounds like the ceiling will come down when people are living upstairs from you. If you have a child above you; forget it, you have to deal with your dishes and glasses shaking! People have NO idea what they sound like above or they simply do not care. One of the biggest mistakes ever made was deciding to live here. There are also no way near enough parking spots to units. End of lease cannot ...
