I want to give an updated response to my new review. I previously had lived here for 7 years straight. These apartments are nice and in a good environment. The staff and maintenance people are very nice. The maintenance people always try to do there work and solve issues. And the staff all of them are very sweet, but never expect a nice response back if you come bursting like crazy that’s not a thoughtful thing to do we’re all humans too. Some people I’ve seen had complained in the reviews but ...
honestly most of the time it’s due to not following proper rules and indications. If you want to live in a nice and clean environment you have to stick to the rules. Where ever you go to live or rent the same rules are applicable always, you can’t expect it to be good if you don’t live by the rules. And I can say my experience living there with my parents was amazing we always tried to keep our apartment clean and would try to keep our areas clean. I grew up with a lot of the kids neighbors and it was a good neighborhood. I can strongly say that these really are one of the best apartments in the Fairfield area! :)

Great first apartment! Minimal amenities.

I have lived at woodridge for 3 years now. I have never had any problems with community, and never have been able to hear my neighbors. Management is good about communication and is always helpful. Payment is easy to do. Laundry (although kind of expensive) is super easy to pay for, you can use an app (love this). Door upgrades on locks were a cool idea, however mine often doesnt work. I just use my key. Kinda sucks paying more for the “upgrades” when they dont work. New bathroom upgrades were ...
nice (toilet and shower), but I didnt have a problem with the old ones. The only complaints I do have is the rent has gone up A LOT, since I first moved in. I wouldnt have a problem with this if we had amenities like fitness center/pool. The only amenity outside of the building is a dog park (I do not have a dog). The only other complaint I have is that the kitchen is very small. Drawers & cabinets are weird sizes. I did not have a problem with this originally because I do not cook much or spend much time in the kitchen, however in the past 3 years I have found on multiple occasions that I am lacking counter space, storage space or space in general. I live alone, so it really isn’t too bad, however I think it would be difficult to have 2 people in the kitchen.

I have lived here for a little over 9 months and it has been good. We had a few issues in the beginning getting in contact with management. Me and my roommate enjoy living here, but we wish that there was some more improvement with the inside of the apartment buildings. Overall, we like what is around us and it's been very quiet and peaceful!

I've been staying here going on two years and I have no complaints. I've had a few small issues that were resolved the very same day or the next. They all are very friendly and very caring especially when it comes to my four yr old son. He especially loves Mark the maintenance guy ? don't believe the review that was just shared I've never had a bug problem. Come check them out for yourself.

I wouldn’t move here

Don’t recommend moving here. They don’t care for their tenants. If something is wrong with a unit I believe they just replace the carpet & make sure it looks nice then move someone else in. Their turnover rate is HIGH. They are infested with roaches and our unit has mold. They didn’t offer to reimburse anything. a lot of our clothes, shoes, handbags/bags are molded. Our mattresses too. Please do yourself a favor & don’t move here. They are way to expensive for what?! Roaches, mold and a ...
