The new management is an absolute nightmare to deal with. The amenities are finally up and running however you can only use the pool during office business hours which is pointless for most people who work.
The parking lots are always littered with trash, some apartments do not have pavements to the building so you have to walk through muddy grass.
You pay a parking fee in your rent which seems unfair when there are abandoned cars and trucks with graffiti that haven't moved in years.

park is a small fenced in patch of grass with giant holes and never cleaned. Most areas you walk by smell of weed but everyone seems to respect each other and keep to themselves.
