I wouldn't recommend living here. The rent rates are raised without warning, so while it seems reasonable when you move in, the rent quickly becomes very expensive especially as you are also responsible to all associated fees to the property. They are very slow to provide maintenance in the unit, and if you live there for longer than a year, they refuse to provide upkeep services--my deck needed stained so badly, it wasn't safe to walk on it for fear of splinters; the freezer unit went out on ...

the very old freezer pouring water into my refrigerator and ruining food and I was told they were very busy and it wasn't a priority to fix.
