March 3, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe new management team of The Woods at Perry Lane are quick to answer any questions you may have in a kind, professional, and courteous manner. The maintenance team is also quick to handle any requests that you may have. Together they make a great team improving the property with a new gym and a dog park coming this spring. The Woods at Perry Lane is a nice quiet property close to the highways, dining, and shopping with an added bonus of a walking trail, located at the back of the property.

March 1, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comDo not waste your time trying to live here. the management sucks and they are rude. there has been multiple times with me and i’ve had plenty of neighbors tell me the same thing. there’s been multiple times where we’ve had random fees added to our rent. prior to moving in the apartment it already had damage to it , when we moved out we were sent a bill of almost $1000 in damage fees which almost all of them were there prior to move in. they charged us for the laundry room floor damage… the ...upstairs neighbors washer broke and leaked into our apartment a week after we moved in and they did nothing to fix the water damage in our unit all they did was give us fans to dry the water. but we’re still being charged for the damage we did not cause. another thing is our microwave broke and we called maintenance and they came and fixed it for us in August so it’s brand new… we’re being charged for that as damage, when nothing is wrong with it at all. There’s things on the list that just weren’t damaged at all and it’s all because they want money out of their residents. Highly don’t recommend choosing Perry Lanes as it has caused me and many other residents issues!Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

Common areas are generally clean, lawns trimmed. In snowy seasons, they clean the common areas quickly and frequently, in the same way they place salt and some cleaning instruments so that the residents can dispose of them according to their convenience. It is a quiet place to live, the neighbors around me are kind and pleasant. It also has accessibility to the highways in the area, ...as well as to various shops. It is a good place to live. However if you are a hard working adult with a job, then the every night parties outside make this place not for you. When I knew I paid 500 dollars , The charges are still there and they keep telling me to just pay it and don´t worry about it. Pet friendly and lots of wild life to watch by the pond and around the wooded areas. Staff and Maintenance are friendly and things get fixed in a timely matter. I recommend The Woods of Perry Lane!
