    So disappointed. I went to get a tour and was told they would accept an offer letter. However when it came time for the approval the manager Katie stated that they do not accept offer letters. Melissa told me that they did. I spent over 3 hours at the property finding the perfect apt only to find out (after I called to follow up) that it would not be accepted. I also did the application on site. (In Melissa’s office). The leasing agents only care about the commission for the look and lease. ...
    It’s all about the commission. Then they refused to give me a refund. I was misled and misinformed and yet I was told “I should have read the fine print.” I explained that the credentials I was given was only in Spanish. I couldn’t read it if I tried. I relied on the integrity of the leasing agent. I relied on the honesty of Melissa and the respect of Katie. I wasn’t worth it to them. I am just a number to them. I am going through a divorce and Im a single mother. And I was robbed and disrespected by this property. I explained how important it was that I move by next week. Which is why I paid on site as soon as I was informed they would accept my offer letter. Do not move here. The leasing office is unprofessional and they don’t know the policy. I am so disappointed in how I was treated. When I asked for a management company’s number, Katie told me to go on the website and find it myself. Stay far away from this place. The amenities are great. But they don’t know how to treat potential residents. They use your weakness and circumstances to get your money and do not stand behind anything they tell you. I would like to be contacted by someone other than the property. I would like someone who actually cares about people to contact me. Thank you
