December 25, 2025I’ve lived at The Wyeth in Cambridge, MA for about four months now and so far it has been great. While rent is more high than an apartment owner by an individual person, the amenities, frequent maintenance, and somebody being in the office from 9am-5pm Monday-Fridays makes up for the high rent. The complex is only a 12 minute walk to Somerville’s Davis Square, and a 15 minute walk to two different Cambridge neighborhoods, Alewife and Porter Square. Commuting is easy by car, but is also easy on ...foot, as it is a short walk to the library, Peabody School, and many parts of Cambridge, Somerville and Arlington, and is also convenient to access on the MBTA, as the 83 bus stops in front of the complex, the 77 bus stops up the road, and it’s a 12 minute walk to Davis Square to get on the red line. My only complaint is the guest parking situation. There’s limited spots and they are not the biggest. Other than that, I could see The Wyeth being my forever home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 31, 2025Love the apartment. Maintenance of common areas, especially gym equipment, conference room equipment, can be improved. Management office is not open/manned at throughout the listed business hours. Service requests are addressed quickly, though sometimes they're marked "resolved" in the app way too quickly, even before ensuring that everything is working well.Property Manager Responded

September 20, 2023Everthing is good except some aspects of my old apartment, that requiere an upgrade at least in the wardrobes of the rooms (old and broken). June 15, 2022I have been in this apartment for 5 years now and while property management and maintenance staff have been courteous they haven't been attentive. My bike was stolen in 2020 and because there was no camera installed at the front entrances, I couldn't get pictures to submit my claim. In the recent blizzard in Boston, my family and I were left without heat, no communication with management for two days, and one space heater by day 2 for a 3 bed room house. Maintenance was trying to do their best to ...communicate, but there was no readiness plan from management to even have back up space heaters. My unit has lost heat twiceover the November through January period and there is no plan in place to provide heat when a tenant is without heat. It is illegal in MA to have residents live below 64 F even when it is a blizzard. There was no source of heat for the first 29 hours and in 48 hours the source of heat was good for one room.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
