Smoking issue
May 29, 2023Residents smoke and it reaches in other apartments through vents making it hard to breathe. Being months nothing is done so far despite several complaints. Seniors,already fragile with health issues and on oxygen are suffering immensely. If you want to wake up at the middle of the night coughing with irritating smoking smell stinging your nose and throat, and destroy your peace and health then rent here.Review from Apartments.com
Lost a Prospective Renter
March 12, 2021I visited the building today. My appointment was for 4:15p, I arrived at 4:05p. I had been calling since Monday and no one ever called me back. The front desk staff are clueless and I'm not faulting them, I believe they should have some knowledge of the building. I asked if the building had 2 bedroom apts and no one at the front desk could tell me. At 4:15p I asked the front desk person to please see if someone was coming to see me because they couldn't get in touch with the leasing agent that ...was to take me on the tour. At 4:22p I asked again if someone could tell me how long I'd be waiting. The office manager had been contacted twice before she came out to see me. She never apologized for the wait, just told me the person that was to take me on the tour wasn't there. She agreed to show me an apartment. While I'm waiting, again, she proceeds to have a discussion with, I'm assuming, a maintenance supervisor. She never once was courteous enough to say please excuse me while I handle this, have a seat and I'll be right with you. After her rude, discourteous behavior and the horrible first impression this experience gave me, I decided to leave and not rent here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
