Received a call when I was 10 minutes away from the apartment complex on move in day with all of my things to verify which apartment I was wanting to move in to(this was verified 2 months ago). Our team did reach out prior to your arrival to confirm unit details, and when it became clear there was a mismatch, we did our best to offer immediate solutions. This included the option to move into a larger unit as well as another available unit that was similar in layout and features to the one you were originally shown.
