January 29, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comDon’t live here. They have mold in their apartments and won’t fix the issue. Management is so hard to get ahold of and when you do get ahold of them, they send person after person into your home to look at the issue only for months to go by and no issues have been fixed. Management is terrible and doesn’t care for the well-being of you or your kids. A beam was rotting out supporting the walkway of the upper level and as far as I know, they have never fixed it.

June 8, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comManagement is AWFUL. They are nearly impossible to get ahold of. Water constantly comes out brown - it’s disgusting. There was neighbors constantly fighting at all hours of the nights and cops coming constantly. You will often see residents drinking and smoking like nothing outside in the walk way. Also beware of the dumpster divers at the trash section. There’s trash everywhere. Also, the apartments may look nice but they are very run down and poorly taken cared of. 3/10

September 8, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve been living here for a bit a year in a half & it’s been pretty good. Their online portal has had several problems while I’ve lived here. Management only gives you a 24 hour warning to pay your rent through a cashiers check regardless of your schedule or if you’re out of town, etc. This has happened about three times since I’ve lived here. These apartments also have a SERIOUS silver fish problem & it’s disgusting. Also, my one bedroom apartment was suppose to have a dishwasher & garbage ...disposal as shown in photos & like management states but my apartment had neither. Overall, this apartment is not the worst but not the best. Good for the price. PS - they have a strict balcony rules, you can’t hang anything on your door, nor can you have your own mat on the front door. This place isn’t boujee or in order to have rules like that.Read More

This month, June, their website payment system wasn't working properly and after contacting them and alerting them to the problem I was told by management that they were working on the issue, would let me know when it was fixed, and that I wouldn't be penalized with a late fee. April 26, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comI have lived The Zimmer for about a year now. I appreciated the management being flexible with my move in date as I moved from a different state. However it did cause them to rush the inside renovation of the apartment. I made several calls to maintenance in my first few weeks to have things fixed and finished. Maintenance responded quickly and professionally. The apartment is new on the inside and has a nice aesthetic, but is severely lacking in storage space. August 30, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comThe apartments LOOK like they would be nice, but they are far from what they portray themselves to be and definetly not worth the price. The management doesn't care about them either, obviously, because they do not take care of the apartments or tendants needs. I've had work orders in for 2 months, my bath tub is pealing (which was like that when I moved in), the water comes out orange we can only shower not bathe, the majority of the summer the pool has been FILTHY BROWN/GREEN, so no you cannot ...take your kids swimming, but you can enjoy them asking everyday. They charge you random fees, with unreasonable explanations(oh you can't have a laundry basket on your porch its not presentable[as if anything in these apartments are presentable],but we put your washer/dryer on your porch). Literally my house has been from day one, and still is falling apart. The cabinets, closets, shower, toilet, you would literally have to see it to even understand the frustration/lack of time they put into these apartments. BUT GUESS WHAT, we have green grass & a new parkinglot, so it looks good if you glance!!!! UGH SO OVER THESE APARTMENTS AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM IF THEY WERE THE LAST APARTMENTS AVAILABLE.
