December 16, 2020I’ve lived at Thea’s Landing for three and a half years now and can say that I absolutely love it here. Open floor plans, stainless steel appliances, maintenance on site daily, leasing staff on site daily, dry cleaning pick up, package lockers, gym, cardio room, dry sauna, and BBQ grills are only some of the amenities here.Review from Apartments.com
I Will Always Remember This Place
December 16, 2020There are a lot of really great things I could say about living here. Hands-down, this has been the best apartment I've ever lived in. From the friendly staff to the amenities this place blows every other apartment I've lived in out of the water. This building has the biggest bedrooms you will find in an any apartment. The location will be something I will miss. Right off 705 to I-5, right downtown, there are awesome resturants and bars within walking distance. By my last count there were ...five museums and SEVEN breweries in the neighborhood!! I have had a unit on the water side with a view of the marina and a unit on the city side. First Long Term Apartment
June 18, 2019Thea’s Landing was the first apartment I spent more than one year living at and I have nothing but good things to say about the employees and the residence. Thea’s offers a variety of amenities ranging from a great gym to freshly baked cookies. The residents were friendly and the staff treated us like family. If you are looking for an apartment that has a wonderful community atmosphere then search no further as Thea’s embodies this. February 2, 2017I lived at Thea's for 2 years in a studio apartment - could not have been happier. The location is awesome - so many places to walk to. I loved having a secure parking garage as well. The staff is wonderful - always friendly and willing to help in anyway and very receptive to any issues I might have had. Hands Down the Best Downtown Waterfront Property!
August 11, 2015The location of this building sells itself! I absolutely love the fact that as a single woman living alone, I can walk to a coffee shop across the street feeling safe. The two restaurants in the building below are nice and convenient to have. I also enjoy the easy access to the freeway. The apartments are very spacious and open and I really enjoy my city view. The trains could be loud for some but I don't mind them at all. The maintenance staff is very prompt whenever I need anything fixed or ...replaced in my apartment. They are very friendly and reliable, just like the girls in the office! They are very accommodating and personable which I appreciate. July 31, 2015This is the first building I have lived in since moving to the state of Washington and I can honestly say it had been amazing. the building itself is very clean and well maintained, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartments are modern, updated furnishings and are very spacious for the price. You are also very close to downtown and within walking distance of museums and restaurants.
