Multiple problems that staff took long to take care off. They inspect ur living room and if there is any trash they charge you 25-50$. I recommend strongly that u stay away

Our year at this complex has been hell on earth. They forced us to move out of our unit 2 months after moving in for remodeling. Our first unit had a soldier fly infestation and was a poor excuse for a “livable” apartment. Someone got jumped right outside of our unit. Hot water didn’t work. They shut the AC off in our building in the middle of summer despite us still living there. Our new unit was disgusting, mold in the bathroom that maintenance never cleaned despite promising to. Our new unit ...

flooded within a month of moving in. The gates never work. Both units have extreme gnat infestations—no amount of cleaning helps. Roaches randomly appear every couple of months. Ant problems, spider problems. I honestly can’t even remember everything horrible that happened at this complex because it was so horrific. The fine print in the lease traps you in the contract in every possible way. Please, save yourself the nightmare of living here. The only good thing about this place is the front office workers (not managers)—they’re all amazing and so sweet.

i wouldn’t move here if i were you

DO NOT choose to live here, they are money hungry people that take advantage of you. This apartment complex has a very bad name for themselves and the management is horrible. They may seem nice at first but it's all a show. They're nothing but spiteful and deceiving. The apartments are okay however the "cabinets" under the sink do not close properly and on top of that it's not a real cabinet so you have to put your supplies on the floor. The paint on the cabinets are always peeling off. Don't ...

even try to put in work requests as they took a month to fix my air SO I couldn't even stay there even though I had to pay rent. Only a portable ac was provided that can only blow air while being attached to the window so it can't be moved in any of the private rooms. Every time I called they always said they were waiting on a part. They are two faced people that don't care about your living standards. But let that be them thats living without air for that long. Don't even try to call them about any problems you have as they choose when they want to answer the phone. If they see something that needs to be repaired that will take forever but will be quick to charge your account for minor things. They never take matters seriously when it involves necessities. These are some inconsiderate human beings, like I said DO NOT decide to reside here please and thank you!

Do not recommend this place. Stay away. The management has a contract with a towing company. They will tow your car for no reason and all they say is sorry. Although they have records of license plates from their paying residents they will tow your car. Then blame it on the towing company. They troll around everyday looking for cars to tow. From other research, this appears to be a dangerous place to live.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! This place is awful. I have had a number of complains not fulfilled and a terrible experience here. Cockroaches every (we keep the place clean), unit not clean upon move in, carpets have stains all throughout, washer and dryer not working for nearly 2 weeks. Complains have been submitted but the response is partial. I know about 20 people that live here, each and everyone of us is moving out to other locations. The cheaper rent is definitely not worth it. I repeat, DO NOT RENT ...

The overall experience here is okay, they have good sales for leases but they hardly ever work with you for payments. It seems they always forget that the residents of these apartments are college students, and college students who attend a money hungry university. To add to, they can't seem to keep things in working order here and get things fixed in a timely fashion but they don't give you the time of day to get your money situated for payment. to effortlessly add fees on top of fees on top of fees and force you to pay it all at once without hesitation. And they barely have proper accounting books its a mystery how they keep up with the extra fees. They do try to get everyone involved in fun activities and games which is really cool, but other than these few bad things its an okay place for lesser privileges college students.

These people here bate you in and make everything sounds all great, and they are nice people when they are trying to get you to sign a lease. Once you sign that lease agreement their attutidues change completely. They are horrible and maintenance isn't to quick bout their jobs either. We have to keep on their butts just to get something done.

Bugs on the floor. Paint on the furniture. Mold in the refrigerator. Showerhead doesn't work and looks like it's never been cleaned. I won't even go into the stains on the carpets and walls.

The apartments were beautiful!!!!!! However, person that showed them to us was a bit on the pushy side. I felt that everything that she said & every answer she gave us was rehearsed and not genuine ! We ended up going with another apartment in the area.
