I could hardly believe it’s going on eight years since I moved in. My experience here has been nothing short of rewarding. The community, staff and even neighbors have contributed to my comfort here. The fitness center was recently upgraded with new equipment and the building continues to host community building events. We just had a fun valentine day gathering that was lots of fun! We moved to Third & Valley one month ago and we are super happy. The building itself is really nice, clean and cozy, the neighbors are cool, the management is very helpful, and the neighborhood is small but cute. Couldn't have chosen a better place!

I’ve really enjoyed living here. Two minute walk from the train station which makes commuting into NYC a breeze. The amenities are excellent, including a well-equipped fitness center, an outdoor pool, a club room, and shared spaces. The staff truly sets this place apart. The maintenance team is responsive and reliable, the concierge is always helpful and honestly the best! The leasing office staff is professional and friendly. there’s one area that could use improvement, it would be the parking situation as the lot is shared space with commuters. However, it’s manageable but not the strongest feature of the property and from what I understand, it’s separately managed. Overall , it’s a great place to live!

Wonderful building and staff! I remind myself every day how much I love my apartment! Office and maintenance team are super responsive. I’ve been living here for almost seven years and it’s been a great experience. The fitness center, club room, and pool are all well-maintained, parking is attached (separate fee) and the train station is right across the street (plus a great Black-owned coffee shop!). The neighbors are friendly, the leasing staff is wonderful, and maintenance is always quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived in this apartment community for nearly seven years and have had a great experience. The amenities are excellent—a fitness center, pool, and an open clubroom perfect for lounging or gatherings. Ms. Linda the concierge and the leasing office staff are all incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, which really makes it feel like home. The location is also a major plus, right across from the train station, with a local market and plenty of great restaurants (especially breakfast spots) ...
