Couldn't be happier!
March 21, 2023Last year we downsized from a 4 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom townhome in Thomas Meeting. The development is set up in a manner that provides/promotes peaceful quietness. the buildings don't back up against each other like other developments and many have space behind the units that are either open lawns or trees. There is ample parking right in front or very close to your home. The pool is great in the summer and for the most part doesn't get too crowded. The neighborhood is great for walking or ...riding bikes. It's also close to stores and restaurants which is convenient. The interior shows that it was planned with wonderful details such as tall baseboards, crown molding, soft close cabinets and drawers ( including the bathroom vanities ), and tiled showers opposed to the plastic tub/shower combos. The heating and hot water are gas which helps to save money and the air conditioning works well. The appliances are not cheap bottom of the line, but they are good mid range appliance with items such as steam self cleaning oven, auto dry sensing clothes dryer. There is ample storage space with the closet under the stairs and the outside storage closet on the patio, which was one of our concerns with downsizing. The office staff ( Kattie and Ruth ),has been amazing. Trust Me! Excellent Experience!
September 23, 2020I am a very picky person with particular standards and I was very pleased with my 2+ year experience here. The Office Manager (Jennifer) and the entire office staff, INCLUDING the Facilities team, absolutely rock! Every interaction was handled in a professional, courteous and friendly manner, every time (and I had quite a few). The grounds were always manicured and free of trash and the units themselves are designed nice, which adds to the pride of living here. I’ve lived in quite a few ...states in different apartment communities and have had subpar experiences, with the best from Thomas Meeting. If I weren’t relocating over 600 miles away, I would remain here. Other apartment communities could learn a thing or two from the staff here at Thomas Meeting. Again, they were all excellent.
