I lived in the Thompson Park Apartments for 4 years. I absolutely loved it there. It is perfect walking distance from Thompson Park, so ideal for dog owners or families with children. I can't say enough good things about Shannon & Adam. They are the greatest landlords I have ever had. If you are thinking of moving to Watertown, there is no better place to live!

My husband and I loved living at this apartment. It is so cute and cozy and walking distance to Thompson park (which we went to many times). We were so sad to leave due to my husband getting out of the military, we kept saying we wish we could have moved the apartment with us . Shannon and her husband ( the owners ) are beyond amazing and take great care of the property. Very fast response to any concerns or needs you may have . Couldn’t recommend staying here more !

We have lived at Thompson Park Apartments for about 4 years and it has been an absolute pleasure. The apartment itself has a beautiful layout. Our apartment balcony overlooked the forest which brought out deer and other wildlife to view. Not only is this apartment in a perfect location but the owners are always available and deeply kind. They truly have made living here a pleasure. The grounds are lovely and always maintained perfectly. We are so sad to leave but warmer weather awaits!

Thompson park apartments was a great rental for my family and I. As the name says it, is close to the park and so I got to enjoy daily walks to the park with my dogs and kids there. Winter was not that bad either as they plowed the snow in a reasonable time and parking was not an issue for my small vehicle. The only downside for me was having to get your own air conditioning as it does get hot in the summer. I definitely liked how proactive the new owners were upon purchasing the property.

Thompson Park is such a great place to live! The staff is so nice and maintenance is always on top of the work orders. The grounds are kept up very well. I have minimal issues with the maintenance of my apartment, and any issues that I have are fixed within 1-2 days. The rooms are super spacious and clean; it's also great to have a washer and dryer in unit. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends!

My husband and I found these apartments by luck. We called to take a look and within 5 minutes we were shown 3 different places. The application process was so fast and easy I was amazed. We loved the location since it was close to town for my job while still being pretty close to Fort Drum for my husband. They offer a few different options of town homes as well as 1 story apartments, each with different benefits. The layout is great and it is very quiet. Heat for the apartments is free which I ...

am looking forward to for these cold winters, but you do have to buy your own air conditioning unit. We have a small one and it is working perfect.
