    I have lived at Thorn-Barry going on 4 years and absolutely love living here. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious not to mention the view as I have an apartment in the back. But that's not the only thing that makes Thorn-Barry a great place to live. Management is amazing, Julie the manager is easy to work with and very accommodating. When I've needed something fixed or taken care of, Ken in maintenance has been very quick to get it done and make sure everything is working right. I ...

    The apartments are nice. But it came with a dishwasher that doesn't work, we told them a few times still isn't fixed (2 years later). After being here for going on 2 years, paying the rent on time/early every month, and being quiet tenant. They won't renew our lease and won't tell us why.

    My fiance and I have lived in Thorn- Barry apts for over ten years and we have enjoyed it here! If we have a maintenance issue it is taken care of in sufficient time. We stick to our selves pretty much so we have no issues with other tenants. We recently had something happen in the apartment which was no fault of anyone but maintenance and the manager were right there within a matter of minutes and got busy taken care of us and in the end we are very pleased with the out come.     Tenants are rude. Heat and hot water quits working throughout the winter season. Tenants are also very invasive in your privacy and accuse you of things that others have done in the homes. Have also had 2 ceiling leaks one in the bathroom and one in the laundry room. Appliances need updates (dishwasher doesn't work good dishes never get clean). Not happy with living here.
