Customer Service Could Use Some Improvements

Not worth the price of the rent
March 19, 2023I lived here over a month and this is by far one of the biggest moving mistakes I've made. Since day one I have had issues with my shower floor not being level causing my shower to not drain properly which is starting to cause a mold concern. I have to mop my shower every day in order to use it. The water temperature in the shower is luke warm at best. There's a heating issue in my apartment where I can't control the temperature of in my apartment. On the warmest days outside it's 83 degrees in ...my apartment. On the coldest days like today it's stuck at 66 despite me trying to raise the temperature. There's also an issue with my dish washing machine that it was not properly placed into the apartment. In order for me to open my dish washer all the way, I have to open my refrigerator. It also gives off a weird smell sometimes like the water it's using is dirty. The sound proofing in the building is horrible. You can literally hear everything going on in other neighbors apartments in the hallway. The amount of money I spend on rent for this place is not worth it at all! Do not move here if you can help it!Property Manager Responded

Terrible conditions
April 4, 2022The apartment was nice when we moved in Nov 2021, soon after the ceiling in our bathroom started to leak. They taped plastic over it... until the weight of the water leaking collapsed the plastic. It took over a month to fix, with us continuing to have to call for maintenance. We weren't able to use our bathroom - can't sit on the toilet w. water dumping on you from the ceiling!?!? I wish we'd never signed this lease...Property Manager Responded

Worst place i have ever lived
November 14, 2021They moved us in with holes in the wall everywhere! We didn’t notice at first until all the bugs started coming in. The heat is broken, their incompetent maintenance don’t fix anything and install things that are already broken. DO NOT LIVE HEREProperty Manager Responded

Terrible living
September 16, 2021They don't care about you once you sign your lease. The staff was nice at first, the manager kinda gave me a cold shoulder when I first asked about an apartment basically trying to just shove me out the door. After i signed my lease their whole attitude changed and I basically got treated like a no body. The apartment was dirty from top to bottom. My front door and bedroom window didn't even lock all the way, took 2 months, and 3 different calls for maintenance to come out and "fix" the problem. ...I cannot open my bedroom window or else it won't lock again... Everytime I call the office I either don't get an answer or it seems like they pick up and hang up the phone. There's dog poop everywhere because they don't get on their tenants about cleaning up after their pets. Tbh if you just need something to get you by.... sure. But tbh definitely look else where.... I've only been here 3 months and cannot wait till my lease is up. If I could give a 0/5 rating I would of.Property Manager Responded

Virtually No Maintenance
May 11, 2021The apartment wasn't quite ready when I moved in, which I was very understanding towards. However as time has passed, I have had almost no contact from the office or maintenance about issues with some of the things that should have been taken care of with the apartment when I first moved in. While there are other, smaller issues, like lack of parking and hearing your neighbor's every movement (all common apartment problems), the lack of communication regarding actual maintenance issues is the ...most frustrating.Property Manager Responded

Just wish would never move here.
November 29, 2020My mini family and I moved in last April, and everything was okay. Just tooo complicated with the design. It was great for renovating. Anyway. A few months later, we been noticed that the floor is not right to stable just like bumping. The cabinet is not right to fixing at all. Just kinda disappointed with the maintenance really not fixing right for everything. My apartment is way too small square for my mini family and I. Won’t address work orders/maintenance
October 20, 2020The newly renovated apartments are nice, but the management/maintenance response time is abysmal. I moved in four weeks ago and the day after move in I informed management that we didn’t have window screens or working ac. I’ve tried emails to management, work orders, talking directly to maintenance, and talking to the front desk. Everyone promises to help, but here I am an entire month later with no window screens and no ac. What does a girl have to do to get some airflow in a stuffy apartment ...around here?Property Manager Responded
