Units Are Nice but Awful Soundproofing

The units are great, excellent storage and the kitchen is fantastic with brand new appliances. However....there is absolutely zero soundproofing between walls and floors. If you have loud neighbors or neighbors with energetic kids, be prepared to hear absolutely everything. Stomping, screaming, crying, banging on the floors and walls, cabinets closing, doors slamming, yelling, people talking at normal volumes, I can even hear my neighbor sneeze. At all hours of the day and night. The worst part ...
is that there really isn't much management can do about this level of noise, since it stems more so from poor construction than neighbors being purposefully disruptive or unaware. Meaning, complaints do absolutely nothing. Great units, but you roll the dice depending on how loud your neighbors are. Proceed carefully if that's something that bothers you...
