    Great place to live I am pleased with Three Oaks. Car ports are great esp during winter, pet friendly, maintenance is on top of things as well. I wish the fitness room was a little bigger because there is room for about two people to workout comfortably. Wish there were more promotional events. .

    The entire apartment management doesn't provide any maintenance during my stay, If you want your deposit to be taken during the movement and got another bill for so called damage charge from collection, you can stay there. The apartment is location is very good. Apart from it, there is no other reason can make you want to deal with the last century building, worst-ever maintenance service. For people who want to consider this apartment: 1. If you have full capability to fix the minor issue 2. If ...
    you can bear with their property management, usually their property manager is changing every two months, thus, the new manager will never remember the previous manager's promise. 3. If you are rich to pay after the movement, they will charge you ridiculous bill for minor issue with out notify you. 4.They even charge you $30 per time if you leave your key in the apartment. 5. The appliance in the kitchen is usually more than 15 years old, they will also charge you if these appliance is malfunctioned during your stay, In conclusion, if you have better option, please doing some research before you move.

    Apartment buildings and common areas are really old. My kitchen oven is probably from 1980. My dishwasher was too until it had to be replaced.The apartments have a good amount of space, and plenty of storage. Maintenance came fast and fixed everything on the first try. During summer I find spiders and bugs in my bottom level apartment all of the time. The pool area is nice. The tennis courts are OK. The "gym" is smaller then the size of my bedroom, and only has 3 machines. I wanted to live in ...

  • Spacious, quiet apartments

    I am a new resident at this complex, but I've been very happy. I had a maintenance issue one time, and the issue was solved promptly the next morning. The apartments themselves are not the most.. Cost effective in the area, but they are very spacious and very quiet, which is a plus for me. They allow pets so sometimes you might hear a dog and see your neighbors walking dogs, but they're never a bother.
