Do not be misled

I live at the complex three water greens, beautiful homes, but the homes are built in a flood zone anytime it rains. The garage is floods. If it rain longer than four hours rain comes into the home when I moved into the place they did not inform me of the problem. The military sold the property most likely because of the flooding problem please be aware of the hidden problems that is not share with you be aware.Rick

You can get better landlords elsewhere.

They don't give your pet fee back I don't know why they are lying about that. If you have any repairs might as well do them yourself the maintence men are about as knowledgeable as my 10 year old and if it's under $250 you have to pay for it we saw that suprise in the lease agreement. The office never answers the phone. There is no fish in the ponds. It's just for overflow for the drainage system around the property. They screwed us out of one month on our lease so they could make more money. ...

I wish more people could own their homes bc renting from people that only care about their bank accounts is really disheartening. We would move but we're stuck here for the time being because of our dog.

We have lived here for almost two years and loved it till the recent ownership change. Maintenance use to be handle with a local phone number to whoever was on call now you call a third party call center at an 866 number. Our air conditioner isn’t working and we were informed that since they consider it cool enough outside even though it’s over 80 degrees in our house that we can wait till the morning for them to repair our air conditioning. They literally told us to just open our windows! We ...

over market rate rent for this small two bedroom house so I expect my ac to work not be told to sleep with my widows open!

Me and my fiance love living in the waters green, friendly atmosphere nice clean yards and nice homes. We have been with three waters green for 2 1/2 years, went through the flood lost our home for 5 months or so but came back, and love the new crew they have!

This is a home away from home. Being in the military and stuck in apartments can be a little stressful and close quarters. With the homes from Three Waters Green they are spacious and updated. I can have that home feeling with my family. The benefits also include nice scenery, when I take my family on walks as well as take them to play basketball and tennis for free; They even have kid play grounds located around the community. Oww did I mention how pet friendly they are. Every quarter mile there ...

are bins for the pets. As well as the pet parks to where my puppy out. Its a great nice secure community to live in. Thanks Three Water Green!

Hi, my name is Hezekiah Thomas. I have recently graduated from college and moved to Pensacola FL due to a job offer. During my college days I have lived in only student housing and only dreamed of having a house that I can call home. Three Water Green made my dream come true. I love this place!! The community is nice and I have an amazing family next door. The only thing I would suggest is more lights around the community,but other then that I love this place.

I will be entering my third year at TWG, as a single female, I have had no problems with safety. I have been through rough weather and absolutely love my brick home with a garage. We are an Pet Friendly Community with puppy stations located around the neighborhood (Awesome Pawsome :), tennis and basketball courts, Wal-Mart is five minutes away... I cannot imagine renting anywhere else!
