I’ve lived here for almost a year and the management is garbage repairs need done and they will not preform them. Management is never around either nor do they answer when trying to be contacted. Beware of this place. Only reason is has one star is because I couldn’t give it any lower.

I've lived here for a year and three months and have went through THREE apartment managers who all act like they care, then resolve nothing unless you literally hound them about your issues, and ask how to contact the owners. I have a baby just over 6 months and a child under 5 years and have had NO AIR CONDITIONER all summer- this is after a "new unit" was installed this winter when my heat wouldn't work. In addition to that, I've had to call the police several times for suspicious activity and ...
have even had to change my locks after someone broke it trying to break in. Oh did I mention the roaches If I had the money to get out, I would (and will) ASAP. Save yourself the trouble!!!!!

I have lived here for about 8 months and have to say that I havent had any real problems at all. I did have a problem with my refrigerator about a month ago but Ethan the new maintenance person took care of it for me.
