Don't move in!
August 15, 2024Don't move in! Don't be fooled by the cheap prices. The first day we moved in there were holes and roaches everywhere, they filled the holes later and it was like just sloppy paint. A few days later the place was infested with bed bugs. It took us several months to completely eliminate the bed bugs, not even pest control people, they don't work. The toaster and oven were full of roaches. We experienced no AC twice or more, at least one time lasted a month in the summer and we had to stay at a ...friend's house. Once we got a portable AC and it doesn't work. Maintenance response was slow or no response at all. From the first day the door lock was broken the ceiling was broken as well as the blinds had lost a few blades, they never fixed it. When we move out, they didn't return our deposit, we didn't know why and we went to the office and asked them, they said like we messed up something that we don't know, we even cleaned the rooms, we had to pay the move-out fee $2500. They never sent the bill and when we asked them for the breakdown, they said 'Due to financial issues we can't send you the email' even when we asked them to print it and they said the printer doesn't work. Worst management I have ever experienced
June 23, 2024Maintenance is having personal relations with tenants. Management either gets fired or quits every few months. Nothing is ever fixed. A/C out in 105 degree weather for over a month. Bugs are a huge problem and the building is internally failing apart. Check them out as they were just on the news for being so bad!Review from Apartments.com
There's a new Sheriff in town!
February 13, 2023I lived here for a few years and it's been hit and miss with previous management. I know that there is new management and they probably have a lot on their plate. It will take a bit of time for them to get the lay of the land and get to know the tentants. Thus far, they have been responsive. I had my toilet seat replace right away when I reported it. Most of us just want a quiet place where we can coexist in peace. I like that my rent is reasonable and I really don't want to have to move.Review from Apartments.com
Close to school!
