June 25, 2018It is a great place to live. Grounds are kept up nicely and pest control is every month. The inside of the apartments are amazing! The floors are very pretty. December 13, 2017Management at 9th Ave. Apartments is very friendly and helpful and responds quickly and efficiently to service requests. The grounds are maintained nicely and pest control is done monthly. Apartments are clean and attractive; utilities are very reasonable. The complex is quiet and is in a great location.
