February 3, 2024I just want to thank everyone at Tiberon for giving me a peace of mind. Something I didn’t have at the last place. The maintenance team are great and friendly. Them men literally pick up trash every day rain or shine. The office has always been helpful and communicated everything when I needed them to. Nice and clean area
October 23, 2023i have a apartment that is two bedrooms. its a good decent size. i fit a queen bed with room for a dresser mirror and still space to walk around. I referred my two familiy members to live here. They keep it clean, cameras make me feel safer, doors stay locked which as a single women i really like. office employees are always nice to me and my family. January 10, 2023I would avoid if I were you. I moved in & not even a week in the home I saw roaches. They decided to tell me AFTER I was in the place that the people upstairs had roaches & has been evicted. They came through the vents, had to. I dropped the lease & I left.Review from Apartments.com
going on 3rd year
October 14, 2022going on 3 years and never had a problem with anyone. neighbors are nice. I live at the front of the building. No one bothers me and neighbors, they keep to themselves. Avoid at all cost
March 10, 2022When I moving in a bedbug was on the kitchen wall. Not to mention dead roaches in the corner of the closet. Went to the office Andre they said they’ll take care of it. Ended being moved to another building with the same problem. So I stopped paying rent to save up and move out. Ended up leaving a $3,000 dollar living room set and $1,500 dollar bed set behind. I grew up here
January 30, 2022I lived here since I was 3-17. So about 14 years, we moved out in 2018, and honestly I have to say it’s a nice apartment complex and peaceful if you live in the front towards the entrance. The further back you go the more issues. There’s definitely some bullying issues that went on that I dealt with specifically while living at Tiberon, but that’s parenting issues. I like going on long walks, never felt like something would happen. The security guard would often check on me to see if I was okay ...if it was late. I liked growing up here. I remember them taking forever to do any maintenance work, even with multiple orders but they’d get done in a couple of months with a lot of pestering. Once they started updating stuff they hired new staff and one of the new security guard ladies tried to frame my brother for something that happened to his car. And ever since then she just mean mugged my entire family. But that’s Gary I guess. It has some ups, some downs. But as a kid I grew up happy and okay. HORRIBLE PLACE
October 7, 2021They have no clubhouse, fitness center is a joke, playground is barely a playground, when I got here the roof of my building was leaking which also made it deep into my apartment and took them months to fix, security is a joke they are barely even here, management is terrible, I can’t enjoy my balcony because it’s infested with wasps and bees, would never recommend to anyoneReview from Apartments.com
Second year here
October 28, 2020Safe place never had any problems,One way in-out , security at night time. Maintenance are polite and I trust them in my house while I am at work. I feel safe enough to go jogging in the evenings in the complex. I plan to stay until I buy a home. You always see staff around the neighborhood.
