Excellent Choice for Apartments!
September 25, 2025We spent a few months looking at different apartments. Tiburon Ridge was high on our list. When we made the appointment to tour, it was a no brainer. The location, the amenities, and the community is what won us over. We love the app and the ability to connect with each other and also all of the events they have to keep us engaged as a community. We love the pool! They offer so many services too. We wanted to go somewhere where the price was well worth it. With everything they offer, it was an ...easy decision. Ariana helped us get applied and approved and she made sure to check in with us to ensure we moved in comfortably. She also was very responsive to any and all questions we had! Safe location & family friendly
September 25, 2025This property has been our favorite Omaha property by far. We have moved several times over the last 5 years and rented from a handful of management companies. This property, staff, amenities, location, and other tenants take the cake. Maintenance is quick in their responses, the leasing office is always hosting some kind of community event and/or giveaway, and our neighbors are all so kind. Not Luxury or Elegance
August 28, 2025In my opinion: Amenities are lacking for price charged. Access to using the clubhouse are confusing and vague. Location policies and procedures are not clearly documented nor accessible to all. Staff gives different interpretations of policies depending on who you ask. Procedures and policies seem to change often without warning. Complaints towards you are not communicated with you until they need leverage and seemingly don't want to address your submitted complaints. School and Location is ...excellent.
