Amazing Place To Live
November 14, 2025The Tides are beautiful, strategically located on the Columbia River, peaceful and quiet. They also have community events where we all get together and meet our neighbors. The BEST in Richland!! Check these out first!
August 29, 2023First of all, the bad reviews aren’t accurate. They must of got confused with the apartments down the street. This is by far the newest and BEST apartments in Richland. The manager Chrysta is AMAZING and went above and beyond to accommodate my sons requests while moving due to transferring colleges. She helped make the process so smooth. The apartments are also very comfy and cozy inside with all the new modern features. What a great location close to the river and a very safe and quiet area. ...Everyone I talk to loves living here and everyone is friendly. Easy access to the bypass highway and main road gway through Richland. Come here first and live at the best! Don’t waste your time at any of the others. Pay attention to the details
July 6, 2022Since I did not have a pleasant experience with this property, more specifically Apartment 5, I decided to take the time to write this review. During the application process, we were required to place a deposit, which was deducted immediately. Due to false pretenses and being unable to move in on the date we anticipated, we found another apartment elsewhere. Due to this, we requested a refund of the deposit, which appeared to be no problem. But tomorrow will be three weeks since we were ...promised the so-called deposit would be returned. Having reviewed this community and company, what I can say is that the location is the best of what you will find. The communication with the on-site staff and corporate is poor, but Daisy seemed empathetic and kind for most of the process, even if the communication wasn't the best. As a result of my experience, I would recommend being aware of the quality of the apartments and staff before renting from this company. This seems to be less ethical behavior on the part of the corporation.Property Manager Responded

Perfect!!
February 13, 2022Love this apartment complex. They are on the older side but there’s plenty pros nonetheless. Management is on top of everything and they keep a positive and welcoming attitude.
