Since the new pinacle took over this property has gotten alot better. August 12, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comThis complex used to be an excellent place to live, but ever since the change in owners around 6 months ago it's been absolute trash! Any positive reviews here are from before the change in management. They increased the price and decreased services like maintenance. If something breaks down you should be prepared to have to fix it your self. However if you get lucky they might show up a month or two after your request to fix something. The new owners just don't care.

Worst it's been in 6 years
February 2, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comWe have major hot & cold water problems that have not been fixed for weeks. We can't take showers. The current staff never answers the phone, I think they know it's people complaining. The mail room has been closed for months with no estimate when it will reopen, we have to go to the post office on Jones to get our mail. Would YOU like to live here? There is more but they don't give enough space to list it all here.
