    I've been really impressed with this property. It's right off A1A, just a few minutes north of the heart of Atlantic Beach. Close to the beach with plenty of food and shopping options. The property is well maintained and has really friendly staff. Best value in the area.

    This place really goes out of the way to make you feel like this is home. From the food trucks to free movies they go out if there way. Need any maintenance done, they are very punctual. Highly recommend.

    This Community is a hidden gem. We have been here several months now and of any nearby communities, this was the one that felt right. We needed a one bedroom after the sale of our home and the Office Manager, Wanda, was truly amazing in helping us secure a unit during all the ups and downs of closing on our previous home. We spent a good amount of time looking at other properties and The Park at Rossini won us over with feeling secure, secluded but close to everything. I have never been ...
