January 10, 2024I have never encountered a more effective, efficient or truly caring management company. Ever since they assumed management here, they have met our every need and gone above and beyond to accommodate the ADA needs of my wife, whose now resumed recovery is completely the result of their generosity. November 27, 2023Love it here at Tidewater. My apartment is bright and spacious, even for a one bedroom. Lovely views of the marsh. Great neighbors. Love the pool in summer. Very dog friendly. Great location near the beach. Overall a good place to live. New management seems dedicated to improving things. Cons: Landscaping has gone downhill. The grounds used to be beautiful. Now disappointing and does not look like a place of high caliber. Also need someone to walk the property daily and pick up cigarette ...butts, discarded bottles and other trash that a few “bad apple” residents leave around that is such an insult and degrades the living experience for those of us paying top dollar to live in what’s supposed to be an upscale property. Management needs to do more to either keep the buildings clean or ensure ppl don’t trash it. Other con: rent jumps over $100/month each year. June 17, 2023I cannot say enough how fortunate I feel to be living here. The entire experience has been fantastic. I toured the property about 6 months ago, the units go so fast when they become available, and was finally able to secure a unit with an amazing view. Tyler was super helpful throughout the application process, and Matt was so welcoming upon my arrival and made sure I remembered where everything was. This morning, I grabbed a latte and had my toes in the sand within 15 minutes of leaving my ...apartment!Property Manager Responded
