Beautiful complex
July 24, 2020Went to visit several apartment options in the area. We booked an appointment to come in and check out the complex. My husband and I were pleasantly impressed by the beautiful apartments, beautiful grounds and the amenities they have to offer. The best place to live in Casa grande
June 19, 2020I have been so happy living here, anytime I need something and call or text the office staff, Jessica and Stacey are very efficient and have accommodated me with any issue I might have. February 22, 2020Will not be renewing our lease. Management is super lazy here and let's the upstairs neighbor's dog defecate and urine on the balcony above us and it gets all over our stuff. Like living in a resort!
June 2, 2018I just moved in and it feels like living at a resort that you vacation at. I have the 2 bedroom with ample space. Kitchen is perfect for me. Wonderful patio to sit on and enjoy peace and quiet and see the pretty landscaping. Great pool, spa, exercise room, pool room, video room. Friendly, helpful staff and quick maintenance if needed; they replaced a light bulb that I did not have to do, yeah! Nice neighbors too. I love it here.Property Manager Responded

won't be renewing my lease
March 12, 2017Any issue you have management will act concerned but ultimately not do anything. I've had an ongoing noise issue since a week after I moved in & nothing is resolved. So I'm going on 4 months of constant interrupted sleep. I'm very close to breaking my lease once I can afford to do so. This place bleeds you of your money & it is definitely not worth the high price tag. I'd give zero stars if I could.Review from Apartments.com
Not luxury at all
January 29, 2017These apartments are far from luxury. Appliances are 10 years old and most of them make loud noises. Washer makes a loud noise as its washing same with the dishwasher the refrigerator has a ice maker in it that takes up half the freezer. The cabinet's look like there's some from the dollar store and then you get linoleum in the bathroom and kitchen but don't worry you've got six pieces of tile for your entryway by the front door. Then they told me they put brand new carpet in before I moved in ...and the carpet sucks it's not soft at all. There's just a lot of imperfections throughout the whole apartment. Half the handles for the cabinets are on crooked. I just don't see how these are Luxury Apartments. Then outside the gates are always broken as currently almost all the pedestrian gates don't properly work. And management has been informed they don't work and does absolutely nothing to fix them. Then half the lights around the complex don't work the ones that do some of them are white and some are orange. The driveway entrance at night is pitch black as hardly any lights on it. Then for the pet cleanup stations there's maybe three in the entire apartment complex. This apartment complex is the furthest thing from pet friendly I have ever seen. They outright tell you to walk your dog off the property. When I signed my lease I was told they were adding a dog park and several more cleanup stations. Now when I ask about this I get ignored and told that it's too expensive. This apartment complex also waste energy like crazy, they leave lights on Empty Apartments for weeks at a time. When the microwave keypad went out it took almost 4 weeks to get it replaced I kept getting run around in circles about what they were trying to do to fix it. I wish I had never signed a lease here this place is absolutely the worst apartment complex and is nowhere near a luxury apartment complex. They may have been a luxury apartment complex when they opened 10 years ago. In the the best part is when you see a model it's not really what you get in the apartment. They also tell you that they replace the appliances every couple of years but all the appliances in my apartment have the tags that tell you they are 10 years old. So what you're told and what you actually get are two different things. You think for what they charge for rent here you would receive a lot more. Love where you live
August 7, 2015I love Tierra Pointe apartments in Casa Grande, AZ. The apartment has 10' ceilings, a spacious kitchen with new appliances, and a large bathroom with a garden tub. On the downside, the closet in the bedroom is small, but the bedroom is large enough that I could accommodate an armoir. I also have a free standing pantry in the kitchen. Most important to me, it is quiet here. I have lived here for almost 2 years and have never heard my neighbors TV or toilet flushing, etc, like I have in other ...apartments. When I have a maintenance concern, they respond the same day. There are covered parking spots and the pool area is outfitted like a 5 star hotel pool. There are multiple covered areas, with flat screen TV, pool waterfall, and grilling area. The rent is slightly higher than other apartment communities in Casa Grande, but this place is an example of "you get what you pay for".Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
